    Welcome to your Sunset Beach escape! A short walk from the Gulf of Mexico, you'll be nestled on the tranquil waters of Treasure Island's intracoastal. Your waterfront escape comes equipped with access to pool and jacuzzi, situated right next to your private grill and chill area. Take the wagon, cooler and beach gear on a short stroll up the block to the aptly named, Sunset Beach. To top it off the house offers plenty of space, a large kitchen, comfortable furniture, parking, plus extras. Enjoy waterfront views from the second and third floor balconies, perhaps you'll catch a glimpse of some dolphins. Sunbathing on lounge chairs located outside the third-floor master bedroom is a treat. Launch the supplied kayak (1-person) off the dock, no fishing gear is supplied, but feel free to cast a few lines off to. The space feels roomy, cozy, and comfortable. Enjoy a large well-equipped kitchen, bar area, and dining room table to serve at. The house is situated among 5 side-by-side units, each with it's on 3 levels (1st-parking, covered grill and chill area, 2nd/3rd-house interior). The pool/jacuzzi/dock area is shared, but you'll have plenty of privacy and the vibe is very laid back, beach oriented. As little as you want or as much as we can. If not personally, we'll always have someone locally to deal physically with emergencies/repairs/urgent matters. Feel free to call/text with any questions or even to ask for recommendations, tips, a local's perspective, etc. No problem! Laid back, beach community. Quiet and secluded, very relaxing. However a walkable ways up the road you can find some more action at Caddy's, a fun bar and restaurant located right on the beach! Of course the main attraction, is Sunset Beach, which is a less than 5 min walk from the house (check out the map). It is named for it's west-facing picturesque sunsets and soft white sand, truly an amazing beach! Ps- if you walk on the beach and walk little South the drinking ordinance ends and you can openly enjoy your adult beverages. Or to get to Caddy's, head North. Sunset Beach is actually a small peninsula that's part of Treasure Island, which is a larger beach town (still relatively small! lol). There you can find some great restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, etc. All-in-all it's an amazing time to be had to can be tailored to both adults and families! This is up to you and depends on how much of the St. Pete area you want to explore or take advantage of. Some other parts to consider visiting are Downtown St. Pete, where you can find more great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, museums, and the recently opened pier (all highly recommended), Clearwater Beach, John's Pass, or even heading up to the Tampa area. Uber/Lyfts do run in the area, and there are buses that can get you pretty much anywhere. Also, renting a car is definitely the best option for long-term stays.
