The room includes your own mini-fridge with/ freezer (not pictured), charger, towels, laundry supplies, an HD TV, nightstand, closet organizer, lamp, and plenty of closet space for your things. Your bed has a medium-plush, memory-foam queen mattress and cooling pillows. Your room is clean, minimal, and relaxing. The home is cleaned and landscaped at least once a week. And, you have unrestricted access to the gym, laundry facilities, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Fun, respectful, and friendly environment, with open-minded people; for grown-ups who leave the bathroom, kitchen, and dishes clean after use. But, who also enjoy a game night here and there, or a weekend BBQ. All utilities are included. No smoking flame-lit products inside, nor within 20ft of the home. Applicants will be screened by home-owner/landlord.
