Looking for someone to take over my lease, currently the lease extends through the end of May and can be re-leased at that point. This unit is in a large fourplex and is the upstairs unit facing Boylston. There is a small deck out front. Laundry is coin-op and on-site only shared by the 3 other units; each with one person living in them. The landlord does allow pets; I have a 25lbs shiba inu that is allowed on the lease, other tenants have cats. This unit is approx 500sf+ with a very open layout. Water, sewer, gas, garbage is included. The water heater is gas so is paid by the owner. Electricity for me has been around $20 every two months so Seattle City Light. Parking is not included. I will be able to show the unit whenever is convenient for each of us. If you do choose to lease, at that point the landlord will meet with and have you fill out an application with background check prior to lease take-over. Smoking is not allowed and the landlord requires clean rental history and without any felonies in the past.
