This is a nice, updated upper two bedroom apartment on a quiet street. It is close to downtown and Creston Community Garden and Mary Waters Park. Due to its size it would probably best be suited for someone who needs a home office more than a roommate. The water and sewer bills are included but the gas, electric and trash are in addition to rent. Again, due to its size, newer windows and furnace these bills shouldn't be much. Unfortunately I do not accept assisted rent. Applicants must have good credit, employment and work history.
