I have an open master bedroom and full private bathroom available. I am currently moving from Cornerstone and I am need of replacement. The apartment is fully furnished. Pricing is $659 plus utilities (electric bill). You can move in as close to Mid November or December. Cornerstone is friendly to LU students and international students. Plus cornerstone has on demand rides for those who do not have access to a car. The apartment is females only. Apartment only available to Liberty University students. Not pet friendly, unless ESA Pet. For utility bill, owners are only to pay electric bill. When you rent, you are only responsible for you. The apartment is fully furnished. Recommend on bringing kitchenware, bathroom supplies, and cleaning supplies. Beds are furnished in master bedroom. Private full bathroom. My lease is until July 2025. If taking my lease you will only be set to pay the rate I pay currently ($659) and Not the new set price of 2025.
