    What's special

This is a beautiful, spacious one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in the high-rise luxury doorman building 95th St between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Amazing view out of large, south-facing windows in both the living room and bedroom, with ledges perfect for planters. With only the two-story gym above you, this 34th floor apartment is practically the penthouse! There are two large closets and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher all included and in good working order. Laundry is in the building. Bedroom has space for a queen sized bed and multiple dressers. The kitchen is comfortable for cooking, and living/dining area has space for a large table. The elevators in the building are newly renovated, so after several months of slow elevator service during the renovation, they are all up and running well. Management and maintenance are very responsive to any repair needs. There is a package room in the building, open seven days a week with after-work hours. Dry cleaner in the building will deliver items to the package room so they can be picked up after hours. Gym with plenty of equipment, classes, pool, and roof deck with amazing view is available to residents for an additional monthly fee (payable up front in full for the length of your lease). Great location in the upper east side, with numerous fabulous restaurants close by. The 96th Street stop of the 6 train is 1.5 blocks away at Lexington, with transfer to the express 4/5 train at 86th Street. You can often get a seat even at rush hour on the downtown 6 train (good luck with that at 86th Street or below!). It's also easy to get a cab, and if you hail one on 96th Street (back entrance of the building), you can get either a yellow or green cab. Close to Central Park on the west and the East River Greenway on the east. Heat and hot water are included, you pay for electricity (for me it was usually about $50/month) and internet. App screening charge of $425. No Broker Fee!!
