This is a no fee place and the unit can flex into a two bedroom if desired. The unit is quite large for Manhattan. The large living/dining space can be split into a living space and a 2nd bedroom. The building is okay with pressure walls. Our current living /dining configuration holds a sectional sofa, several other shelves, chairs and tables, and a large dining table with room to spare for a queen-sized air mattress. The kitchen is galley style with S/S appliances and a dishwasher. The bathroom has lots of storage options, as the three mirrors are all cabinets. The bedroom is a great size with more than enough room for a queen size bed with plenty of room to spare. There are 3 large closets (one in the bedroom, one in the hallway outside the bedroom/ bathroom and one near the entry), plus a pantry near the kitchen. The building has 2 large laundry rooms and we are about a 4 minute walk to the 6 train @ 96th St. The building also has a mail room, 24-hour concierge and doormen, valet and package rooms, and a roof-top health club (w/pool, exercise rooms, steam and sauna rooms, sun decks, and a lounge). There is a dry cleaners in the plaza level. The building is also in the same block as Gristedes and Rite Aid. On-site attended parking is available with direct access to the building.
