The home is energy and fuel efficient with utility costs being very little. House comes with a brand new shed in the backyard for additional storage. Currently the home is located in Manahawkin with a lot fee of $500 a month. If you plan on living there the new owner or owners will be required to pass a background check with the community, or it can be moved to another property if you choose.
