My family and I Iived in this house for over 11 years. We only left because a second child made us outgrow the house. Great location and efficient floor plan. High efficiency HVAC and other energy star insulation and equipment translate to low utility bills. Large 2 car garage and bonus loft space. Plenty of outdoor living areas with a deck and roof top terrace. Please note the third bedroom is really intended to be used as an office / child's bedroom / guest room. It is not a good fit for an adult's primary bedroom. Owner pays water/sewer, trash, exterior grounds keeping. Tenant pays gas, electric cable etc. Deposit and other terms TBD.
