I am looking to sublease my room in a two bedroom in maple ridge for the spring 2015 semester. Fully furnished with a queen size bed frame, desk, dresser , night stand, and walk in closet in the room. You will just need to bring your own mattress.There is a washer an dryer in the apt. Rent is $425, utilities include lights, water, and internet which comes to about $60 total per person, so $485 a month per person for everything. We do not have the cable/satellite tv on currently. Message me if interested.Also, there are no pets allowed, except service animals and fish.
