Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over the last month of my sublet (the lease has been renewed by one of the roommates and you will have the opportunity to stay on if you so choose!) This is a master bedroom available in a charming 4 bedroom apartment. Move in date is May 1st (but somewhat flexible).You are paying for a huge, sunny room in an amazing location - we are right off of 7th avenue, where you'll find great shops, cafes and restaurants. A little farther to 5th ave and you have more of the same! It's just two blocks in the opposite direction to prospect park and the second biggest farmer's market in the city - perfect for runners, bikers, anyone who likes enjoying the sun in a beautiful setting! As for trains, the apartment is equidistant from the Q/B, 2/3, and F/G trains (about a ten minute walk to any of them), and just under a mile to Atlantic Ave/Barclays, where you can catch pretty much whatever train you want, as well as the LIRR. This spot is really well situated for getting wherever you want in manhattan or brooklyn, and it's easily bike-able too, if that's your thing. (Bike storage is available in the apartment) You will share the space with 3 other young (mid twenties - early thirties) professional women.Females only, please, sorry fellas! This is a shared situation - so we are looking for someone who is relatively quiet but sociable, and willing to keep things clean in the common space, including doing dishes promptly! We ask that you not have excessive overnight guests, and that they stay in your bedroom, and we aren't really into hosting parties small dinner parties here and there are fine, of course, but we're all relatively quiet people. Your bedroom is very large, very sunny (250 square feet with bay windows) and will come unfurnished. The living room and kitchen are spacious and light-filled, with a cable television, more kitchen storage than new yorkers ever see, and all the cooking appliances you could want :) All utilities are included in your rent (that includes internet and a cleaning woman who comes in every 3-4 weeks). This is a really fantastic deal, especially for the park slope neighborhood - don't pass it upWill need first month's rent, plus a security deposit to be returned at the end of the lease.
