There is no parking available in the building - it is street parking only and a parking permit will be provided at no cost to you. We require evidence of renters insurance. This is a non-smoking property - unit, building, grounds, everywhere. The space is shown by appointment only and is available for immediate occupancy. If you are interested, she will provide you with a rental application. You would need to fill it out, sign it, date it and provide verification of income and return it to Lucy and she will process it for you.
