I wanted to introduce myself and some special qualities I have you wouldn~t know by just looking at my pictures. I was born in 1942 with great, solid bones and qualities and character you can~t find in homes today. I had a gentle face lift in 2007 bringing laundry to main floor, updating my kitchen and bathrooms and creating an ideal 2nd floor layout all while maintaining my character of original hardwood flooring, banister and layout. I have a great warm spirit that feels like a hug when you walk in the door. My most recent owners added some awesome qualities like opening up to the sun room, replacing carpets, fresh new paint, detail trim and moldings, new window shades and all appliances are in great condition.
