Extra refrigerator for food storage. Cost includes ALL utilities (yes, internet as well). Lease is a flexible 12 months. I am open to other arrangements. $1600 security deposit. No smoking inside the unit. Dedicated off street parking. Because certain whole house utilities are located within the unit, I may need to come down from time to time. I will always coordinate that with you except in the case of an absolute emergency. I take care of shoveling snow. You are welcome to help but it is not expected. I am an early to bed, early to rise person and ask that you respect that and be sensitive to late night noise. I will do the same for you. I have a lovable Australian Shepard named Tucker who will be your best friend.
