    This house it is located in a quiet neighborhood; a five minute walk to the park and a short drive to the hospital. It is a corner lot, so you'll have plenty of front yard; the yard has been loved by us as we have planted a magnolia tree, two apple trees, and created a flower garden. There are two huge Japanese Maples in the yard as well, which are glorious to behold. It is walking distance to Food Lion and restaurants like DJ's, Hendrix, and Palms. Most rooms have been updated within the past 4 years; with the inclusion of a master bedroom and bathroom. The first thing you’ll notice is the original oak wood floors throughout the house (except for the kitchen, bathrooms, and master bedroom addition). The living room is very spacious, with a fireplace which can be outfitted with gas logs or an insert for burning wood. The kitchen has been updated with ceramic tile floors, pre-fab cabinets (upper and lower), black Formica counter-tops, a deep, stainless steel double bowl sink, and a closed-in pantry. We have extended the kitchen for a dining room or playroom. This room opens up to a brick back patio which is perfect for grilling out or sun bathing! With a privacy fence to separate you from the neighbors and a pallet fence so your dogs can run around safely in the lush grass. A pre-fab outbuilding painted up like a barn is a great place to store your lawn mowers and extra clothes for the winter. It has been hooked to 110v with its own separate panel box so you can have plenty of power when you need it. The 21x23 attached garage has plenty of storage with huge cabinets on either side; a workbench in the middle provides plenty of room to service your vehicle if so inclined. We have been able to park an F-150 and Toyota Camry side-by-side with breathing room. The panel box has also been configured so you can run the necessities with a generator if you have a power outage. There is an entrance to the house just outside the garage and inside the garage; both lead to a mud room to keep your shoes and other outside gear. This mud room leads back to the living room, which is where you'll want to spend a lot of your time. From the living room, you'll walk down a hallway to find the first bathroom with linen closet on the left, and a bedroom right across the hall. This bedroom would be perfect for a nursery or office, as it has a small, but deep, closet and a great view of the front yard through the updated windows. Traveling down the hallway, you’ll pass by a laundry area with shelves and an over-under washer/dryer combo (which is a huge space saver!). At the end of the hallway, you'll encounter the master bedroom and the third bedroom. The last bedroom has a giant closet with plenty of room to hang all of your clothes. The master bedroom is about the size of the living room, with its own separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has electric heat, just in case you get cold during the winter months.
