Room & Shared Spaces The room is a private suite with its own private bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and personal space. It comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, desk chair, armchair, and a smart TV everything you need to feel at home. There's also ample closet space and plenty of room to move around, making it a comfortable setup for both work and relaxation. The home itself was renovated about six years ago, so everything still feels modern and well-maintained. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and backyard all kept clean, cozy, and welcoming. It's the perfect balance of privacy and community, ideal for a professional who values both comfort and connection. Lease Terms & House Guidelines We're flexible with lease terms 3, 6, or 9 months , with the option to renew longer if it's a great fit. We do have a dog, so if you have one as well, we just ask that your dog is friendly and well-behaved. We're an open-minded, professional household that values a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM, and we ask that there are no overnight guests staying more than two consecutive days. It's just the two of us, so open communication is important if you plan to have guests over, please give a heads-up out of courtesy. Guests are welcome to hang out wherever you are whether that's the living room, your bedroom, or the backyard as long as everyone is respectful of shared spaces and each other's comfort.
