Gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom rental apartment available in downtown Fort Lauderdale, short walk to Las Olas and the beach. The apartment is a ground floor corner unit with two digital entry doors, two parking spaces right outside your screened beautiful balcony, with easy access. Pool and grills are right outside your door. There is an option to use the corner one bedroom one bathroom as an office or a studio with a separate entrance (currently empty with one inset desk). The coin laundry room is on the same floor with easy access. The apartment is ideal for working professionals, a small family or a couple. This is a professionally managed building and all applicants have to make an HOA application for approval, that usually takes up to a week for approval. They do a credit/background check and a short online interview. Lease application is done separately with a real estate agent. I will be helping the prospective applicant to complete the HOA as well as the lease applications as needed to speed up any process and pay the $100 fee. Priority will be given to renters in need of furniture, as I will be selling all my furniture to live on my yacht. I have high quality items (one queen bed set with a luxury mattress, sleeper couch, media consoles, artwork) that I moved with me from CA last year. Some items such as the piano will be donated to the Library and remaining items to Salvation Army. The apartment is well equipped and any furniture/essentials pictured can be left behind for a prospective renter for a nominal fee. Paying for any furniture will be upfront, and the monthly rental amount will be reduced based on your purchase. E.g if are prepared to spend $2900 on the furniture in pictures, your monthly rent will be $2250 per month in your lease agreement. The agreement will be signed with a real estate agent for a year via docusign. You will be required to pay first month, last month and a security deposit to the agent. You can set your own access code for the apartment and get optional keys after signing the lease. Move-in date is negotiable as I am in the process of selling the furniture. I could vacate the apartment potentially by November 15. If you are interested, please message with the following information: When is your ideal move-in date? Are you interested in furniture or household items? How many people will you be renting for? When is your preferred viewing/showing time this/next week? I will be available to show the apartment to interested applicants and will do my best to be flexible with showing time requests. Again, please note there will be two separate applications for this rental apartment, one with HOA and another with a real estate agent. I enjoyed living here in this building, the agent has been amazing to work with, most residents are owners and have been living here for decades. The building is very well managed and convenient. There is no shortage of parking spaces or guest parking. The building is pet friendly. Most importantly, the location is wonderful, within easy reach to beautiful parks, restaurants/shops as well as the beach. Look forward to helping you find your beautiful home. Roxana. Lease term is one year, you will need to pay first month, last month and a security deposit. HOA application fee is 100 dollars.
