I am looking for someone to rent out one of my spare bedrooms starting July 10. It comes furnished with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom. The rent is $725 per month, and is all inclusive. If you want cable in your room then, we can have Comcast set that up for you. The agreement can be month to month, I need 30 days notice if you decide to move out though. I would prefer a female renter, but that won't be a deal breaker. I also would prefer someone who is orderly and not loud. You are welcome to use my pots, pans and plates, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. My place is located within walking distance from Schaumburg train station, and a stone throw from Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. Choice of shopping and restaurants is either at Woodfield or Bloomingdale.
