    What's special

Huge 1650 sq.ft, Three Bedrooms + Living room+Dinning room + an office / sun room+ Eat in Kitchen for only $2945! Brilliant floors, sun room, many closets, back yard, storage, W/D. Located right up the 14th St. Viaduct in west Hoboken/Union Heights, next to Washington Park. We want nice people who can take advantage of our opportunity. Transportation is at your door to path or port authority. Private off street Parking is available. Contact for pictures! No Fee. Full credit and back ground check. Owner pays for water, trash removal, snow removal, building management. Our building is small and very well maintained. We have great tenants who also make great neighbors. All of the tenants are professionals, and most commute into Manhattan. They have chosen to live in the "William Mar House" because of the huge size and beauty of the apartments, the quick and easy commute, and the fact that they save hundreds of dollars per month. Many couples who have lived here have saved the money and bought a home of their own. I love when that happens. In fact, that's why the current tenants are moving. The reason they save so much money is because I try to charge below what the other comparable apartments are renting for with no fee! Why do I charge less? When I charge less, I can take my pick of responsible tenants. A responsible tenant does not only pay their bills on time, but they also make good neighbors, help take care of the building, and refer their friends when they leave. That's why I do full credit checks and take applications. Three times per week Management Takes out all the garbage, changes the light bulbs, cleans the common areas, and polishes the wood. We also have a full time super on staff that can provide service when ever needed. The building sits right up the 14th street viaduct on Palisade Ave. It is one block from Washington Park, where you can play tennis, basketball, baseball, or just sit on a bench and stare at the city. The bus to the Port Authority is literally right outside the door, and transportation to the Path is two blocks away and takes about only eight minutes. The new elevator on the cliffs takes you to the 9th street light rail station and is only a five minute walk away. That is why houses and condos on the block are starting to hit about the Million dollar range. No Fee. Full credit and back ground check. Owner pays for water, trash removal, snow removal, building management.
