The Watersong Room has a queen Murphy bed plus a separate twin XL Murphy bed, for up to three guests. The twin XL suits a child, a teen, or a third adult fine with a single bed; it is not a second full-size bed. With a 92" 4K projector, 5.1 soundbar, and minifridge, it suits a couple, a parent with a family member, or two colleagues on one assignment. Rent includes all utilities and 7.5 Gbps fiber with mesh Wi-Fi, plenty for remote work and calls. A refundable security deposit is required before arrival. Your bedroom is yours alone. You share two full bathrooms with up to two other bedrooms, along with the wing's common spaces: the kitchen, the home-theater living room, laundry, and The Gardens. Housemates are respectful, screened guests; shared areas are kept clean. The living room doubles as a home theater with an 82" screen, 4K projector, and 7.1 surround sound. The shared kitchen has reverse osmosis water, standard cookware, small appliances, and basic spices. Laundry is included, with three washers and three dryers on site. Parking is free: two tandem driveway spaces, first come first served, plus free street parking nearby. Outside, The Gardens offer 800 sq ft of outdoor living: a 9-seat Bullfrog hot tub, rock garden, 6-burner grill, water fountain, propane fire pit, and a warm outdoor shower. Hot tub use follows posted house rules. The Convention Center, Riverwalk, Water Street, Bayshore, and University of Tampa are a 6 to 16 minute walk; Ybor City is a short drive. This is a private residence, not a venue. No parties, smoking, or pets, and only registered guests may stay or visit. Exterior cameras cover the shared entry and side entrances; none inside. The home is not childproofed; a Pack 'n Play is available on request.
