Landlord will pay full subscription for two security Ring cameras shared online with Tenant (view of driveway and back alley gate area), and Renters may optionally add on the 4 additional installed cameras for free, or pay for private service for any of the other cameras without sharing with Landlord. Smoking is in designated areas only; vaping is OK anywhere outside on the premises. Maximum occupancy is six people (counting children) and two dogs.
