You'll get your own personal bathroom with a shower. You'll get your own cupboard in the kitchen,1 half of a regular sized fridge and one parking spot on driveway. Shared living spaces are: kitchen, dining room, living room, and entertainment room. Rent is $1100 + one month's rent as a damage deposit. Month-to-month lease with a 30 day notice to move-out. Utilities + housekeeper bills are shared among everyone and comes to about $150-$240/month, depending on season. We have high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub and a climbing wall. The main house is 2,700 sq feet on a secluded 7.5 acre property with some hiking, plenty of gardening space and 5 minutes away from the Boulder Creek town, 25 minutes from Santa Cruz and 40 minutes from San Jose.
