A glass railing and curtains separate the bedroom from the main room below, providing an exceptionally quiet sleeping area. Fully furnished, the loft features two couches, an oak bed with drawers, a drafting table and all the kitchenware, dishes and appliances needed to make the space your temporary home. You'll also have access to the rooftop for evening city lights gazing. ACCESS & SECURITY: You'll have the entire loft to yourself, with ample closet, drawer and shelf space. A second mezzanine is off-limits (please don't climb the steel ladder), but you're free to roam anywhere else. I'll provide directions for using the HD projection system (120-inch screen) and surround-sound stereo. Also, it should be noted that the building has friendly 24-hour security, and you'll have a fob or key card to enter off the street. PARKING: There are multiple garage lots available within half a block of the lobby. It's even possible to rent a single or tandem space in the basement of the loft building, an elevator ride away.
