Looking for someone to take over mine and my husbands lease at Sweetwater Heights (by most likely the middle of February which means Febuary rent would be paid). 2 bed, 1 bath. Large master bedroom and master bedroom closet. (These pictures are from their Facebook page.) Forced cooling and heating! The linoleum and carpets are not even 2 years old. VERY CLOSE access to laundry room (right next to living room) and close to the work out room! Bottom floor makes for an easy move in or out! Bottom floor also means cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Also, LOTS of parking. $661 is the current rent which takes care of sewage, trash, water, renters insurance, and 1 pet. If you don't want their renters insurance or don't have a pet then rent should go to $626 which would still take care of sewage, water, and trash. Deposits are taken care of. All you would have to pay is $200 for the lease change and $35 for application fee. I will also thouroughly clean when we leave! Lease ends April 30th of this year.
