(1) Small bedroom, (2) bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room, laundry area, sunroom, outside shed, and remaining premises will be accessible to tenant, with the exception of (2) other bedrooms. 1. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. 2. Tenant must notify Landlord 3 days in advance if they are planning to move out before lease has expired with prorated rent returned to the tenant if applicable. 3. Lease can be terminated at any time due to unforseen circumstances with 2 weeks advance notice to tenant with the return of prorated rent if applicable. 4. Tenant will have access to Landlord's vehicle as long as tent provides advance notice when vehicle will be need. There is no fee or charge for usage. Tenant must put gas in car that Tenant feels is feasible. 5. Tenant is responsible for all food with the exception of gathered family dinners. Tenant is responsible for washing all house dishes and cookware and they are to be placed in dishwasher. 6. Tenant must return any room that is occupied or used by tenant to its original state/condition after use. 7. Rent includes access to internet services as well as subscriptions as long as the subscriptions do not exceed $50.00. This is included in monthly rent.
