The space is next to Abell's Wharf which has a boat ramp, boarding pier, and floating dock/platform. It is about an 8 mile drive to downtown Leonardtown and 90 minutes from Washington DC. The cottage is a newly and fully furnished one-story house. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two patios. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, closet, and dresser, while Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and closet. There is also a queen-size futon bed in the living room. It also has a 50" HD Smart TV. All utilities are included. No smoking. No pet.
