Our property includes 7 building, each with 4 seperate secured entrances. Each building has laundry facilities on the bottom floor (card operated- $1.25 wash, $1.00 dry) and additional storage facilites as well. Our pool and fitness center is included in the rent. Heat, hot water, cooking (gas), sewer, and trash are all also included in the rent. We are a pet friendly complex; we have a limit of 2 pets and allow cats and dogs. Dogs must not exceed 45 pds (if 2-a combined weight of 45 pds). There is an additional $20 per month/per pet and a non-redundable fee upon signing the lease. We have a wonderful maintenance staff who work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
