The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There are two smart TV's, both with cable, and Wifi is available. There is a mobile sit/stand desk and office chair for your convenience as well. No pets, please, and no smoking in the suite. A washer and dryer are located in the suite. Street parking is available in the cul de sac. We require a refundable $800 damage deposit, and all utilities are included in the rent of $1600 monthly. The lease is available on a month to month basis, with a 30 day minimum stay. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
