Not your typical fixtures, colors, or materials for a rental property. The interior design was personally selected to have a cottage feel. The property was taken over as a foreclosure. Just about everything was ripped out and replaced about six years. After the last tenant we did a full repaint again, changed the stairway carpet (after photos were taken), got a new master bath mirror and towel racks, and all the other little touch ups. The living room floor is also new as of last week. The property is managed by tenants in adjacent townhome, though we will not be there after the first few months of your tenancy because we have to relocate to another part of Nashville for his work. Don't worry, we're moving all of 8 miles from the house. Also, she works at Inglewood Elementary (to the extent anyone who works for a school actually works there in COVID time) which is so close you can see it out of the townhome's back window. We are friendly, easy going, clean 30-something professionals. We oversaw the complete redecoration and renovation of both townhomes in the building and have continued to add on and clean up the place in unique ways, like the cedar work and the planter in the front. It's a labor of love. Our last three tenants were couples that moved from much larger cities, like the male-half of the two of us did. All three had their respective first kids and moved on to buying houses. (No guarantees you will have a kid if you move in. Is there something in the water at our house? Not making promises one way or the other on that one.) We will allow a cat or a dog with certain criteria. Pets are a $300 pet deposit. They tear places up. Also, it's a fenced back yard. It's been worth every penny for us. Instead of walking your dog daily you just open the door. Grass out back is new sod, or will be in a few days. New countertop in the kitchen also.
