The living room is super bright and lovely, with room for a dining table as well. The kitchen was just updated with new floors, a brand new oven, and a new hood. We're looking to rent this out to just one person without pets because we also have a downstairs unit and really want to maintain the quiet. We include quiet hours in the lease from 10 PM to 7 AM and don't allow parties in either unit. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay, work, and chill, this spot is for you.
