Needed by Jan 15Housing trade for 3 mornings feeding and cleaning of 20 horses. (Sat, Sun, Mon, preferred, but some flexibility possible). We are a small horse farm a bit north of Los Gatos at Summit Rd and Hwy 17 South. Morning feeding/cleaning will take about 5 hours and must begin no later than 7 am. You must be able to drive an ATV Quad, and be extremely reliable and conscientious. Work trade based on $16 an hour includes 37 ft trailer with additional room/wood stove. Electicity/wifi included. Additional work and odd jobs as needed. 1 year lease required. Work trade preferred. Will trade labor for rent. Property located on a beautiful horse farm in the Los Gatos / Santa Cruz Mountains. Looking for hard worker who wants free rent for labor trade.
