Amazingly cozy cottage built in 1886. This is such a lovely and charming home. It has two beautiful porches to enjoy the gorgeous yard. Turn the back porch into a mudroom! white vinyl fence and the roof are newer. The ceilings are 10-12 feet in some rooms and the hallway entrance ceiling is 12 feet. This home has original woodwork and hardwood floors. Brand New HVAC. Transom windows. It sits on a little over a 1/3 of an acre on a corner lot. Now full privacy fence around the lot. There is a root cellar and an oversized storage shed. Wonderful in this cozy home with a huge kitchen with lots of potential. For sale by owner. Needs some TLC.
