Back yard is fully fenced with a designated gated dog area. Grill gazebo, lifetime table and grills are available for use if. There is a small shed that will include yard tools and a lawnmower (larger shed stays on premises for landlord). Upright chest freezer in utility closet to use as well as a treadmill in the basement family area. 2 car garage (smart, can open from app) with some storage shelving. East side of the house includes additional parking. There is an HOA so no trailers, campers, etc. (this rule may be changing). Outdoor security cameras included. There is also a water softener and upgraded 50 gallon water heater. Air compressor in the garage is available for use. Park right around the corner. Walking distance to elementary, food, gas and grocery (1/2 - 1 mile). High school and middle school are further but most certainly walkable. Bedrooms measurements are as follows. Front bedroom - 9'2" x 9'2" Right bedroom - 10'10" x 9'10" Master - 13'11" x 11'9" Master closet - 5'2" x 6'5" Left basement (repairs are being updated) - 10'9" x 8'10" ( closet 2'6" x 11'10") Right basement (repairs are being updated) - 9'6" x 9'4" (closet 2'2" x 9'6") There will be options to keep utilities in owner's name and have tenant pay landlord the amount owed each month including internet (there is currently a router from Direct Communications as well as their mesh system being leased). Feel free to ask any additional questions you may have. Landlord pays HOA. Tenant pays everything else. Possible option to keep in landlords name and tenant pays directly to landlord. Room for 6 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in drive way, 2 on side of house). No pets over 100lbs and all pets must be house trained and up to date on shots. Smoking is allowed outside of home, 15' from any entrance and not in the garage. Things included - washer/dryer, lawnmower, small shed, yard tools, gazebo, bbq, lifetime table, designated fenced dog area, upright chest freezer, permanent lighting, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, treadmill and air compressor. Tenant is responsible for weekly yard maintenance (landlord manages sprinklers, fertilizer and aeration). Screening required including credit and criminal. Security deposit required when rental agreement is signed. Rent is due when keys are turned over to tenant and on the 1st of every month.
