The house is probably not financeable as it is but possibly could be lived in while being repaired or a new home was being built. The garage is repairable. The four bay shop is excellent. The barn is very old but standing for now. There is a very nice pasture and a mix of what grows naturally after a harvest 15 to 20 years ago. Its a great site for that 86 plus acre farm and forest.
