I'm looking to sublease my wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in Bucktown for September 1st with rent at $1480/month! The lease would end June 30, 2021 and you would be able to resign. It's located off of Western between Armitage and Fullerton. 10 min walk to the Western Blue line and 5 min walk to the Damen, Fullerton, Armitage, and Western buses. Close to the 606 and walkable distance to the heart of Wicker Park and Logan Square. A stones throw from Holstein Park and tons of great bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms can fit queen sized beds and both have very spacious walk-in closets. There is a back courtyard that's shared and huge (great for spending time outside during corona-times!) Everyone that lives in the building is very kind. Pets are allowed, laundry is free and located in the basement (tons of space for storage down there), new dishwasher, and there is a sunroom on the back of the unit. The bathroom was also recently updated. I've lived here for three years and absolutely love the space and am a little heartbroken to be leaving, but my roommate is moving and finding a subleaser just for the one room has been pretty tough! I'm available for virtual tours and convos via zoom or Facetime. If from there you are interested we can set up a socially distanced in person showing. This is truly a gem in the neighborhood and you really wont find a deal like it these days. I also could be open to an October 1st as well- just trying to open up my options as much as possible.
