A skylight and glass block panel allow for natural light in the bathroom. This space has an oversized stall shower and double sinks. Attractive architectural features of the primary bedroom include a vaulted shiplap ceiling, transom windows and custom built-ins. There is also a walk-in closet and a sliding glass door to a private sundeck. The back deck was originally constructed to accommodate the weight of a spa (along with a 220-amp line). The original spa has since been removed (in 2022). The crawl space has a cement floor, and 2 outside entrances for easy access to beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. 110th Street is the ideal Stone Harbor location. For bay activities, there's a small parking area and steps down to the water on 114th Street (across from the Bird Sanctuary). The popular "Nuns' Beach" is just down the block. This is a designated surfing beach. The guarded swimming beach is on 111th Street (with a convenient ramp walkway). Chelsea Place playground adjacent to 106th Street is a hidden gem. Clarke's Market on 108th is perfect for quick groceries and fresh food items. And, of course, the convenience of the downtown shops and restaurants.
