All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on the second story: a king bed, portable air conditioner and cable TV are supplied in the front master bedroom; a queen bed is provided in the spacious second bedroom at the top of the stairs; two twin beds in the third bedroom at the rear of the house. A spacious rear deck just off the third bedroom provides an enclosed, private setting for morning sun or afternoon shade.
