This is by far the cheapest house in Brookline! It is a large single family house but is in need of major repairs, including some water damage in the back half of the house. Great convenient location walking distance from 19 and Brookline Blvd. A large part of the house is gutted, but it is currently set up for a 4 BR/1 BA configuration. A chimney in the back of the house was taken down, however; the opening in the roof was never tarped, so some water damage has occurred, and some reframing will be needed. It also will need a bathroom as it is currently gutted, a good bit of drywall, paint, flooring, mechanicals, and other work as well. Some rooms still largely in tact though, as seen from some of the pictures. Overall in pretty rough shape, but still has plenty of great features especially for the price!
