The charm of the cottage starts at the front porch and runs throughout this quaint home. The porch is filled with neat old wood paned windows and is a great place to kick off your muddy boots.Through the front door find the solid surface floors, french doors from the dining room to the side yard (great space of a BBQ). Just off the dining room is a nook with the gas fireplace. The kitchen is cute and very functional. Just off the kitchen find the laundry room which also has newer flooring and recent paint. The bathroom has the cutest little tub and the tile surround is nice. The largest bedroom is on the main level and there are two smaller bedrooms upstairs. One of the two is currently used as a walk in closet but could be a great office (with a view) if the new owner didnt have use for the 3rd as a bedroom. The covered back porch is a great space all year round. The back yard is totally fenced and there is a chicken coop included as well.
