Hi Thank you for looking. As you might’ve guessed, I’m selling my house. I have owned it since 1998 and it has been a great place to live. It was originally built in 1887 and is made of double shiplap construction. It does need some updates and work but it is as solid as a rock. This would be a great house for an investor or remodeler or anybody who wanted to fix it the way they want and enjoy it. It is in downtown Royse city and is walking distance from Main Street which has all the little restaurants and shops. It takes a little under two minutes to walk there. The house is on a very large lot and is almost half an acre. I think it comes out to about .46 acres. It is a two-story house and is a little over 2400 feet. Originally it was only one story but we added the upstairs in 1999 which I did a little over 700 ft.² to the place. The heat and air conditioning is on two separate systems. One upstairs central air conditioning and one downstairs. The downstairs has 12 foot ceilings and everything but the bathroom is the original wood floor which I’m sure would look great refinished.
