The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool. The pool and yard are shared with the second house on the property. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is located in a quiet area of Savannah, about 12 miles to downtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
