House listed at $ 759,500 which can buy before start spending at least 250,000 on inside and 50,000 on outside to bring back to original glory days. Will probably start on outside next week which will increase sale price accordingly to how much we decide to do. So if interested, should give me a call since we all have our personal preferences.
