This home has great bones. We moved in 14 years ago and every few years complete major repairs. First we added central heat and air. The next repair was to replace the roof. About 9 years ago we started a major remodel of the main floor adding additional windows and insulation. In the yard are multiple fruit trees. A pear, apricot, mulberry and sand-plumb. This house has had most of the major stuff done. A light face-lift and some landscaping would really finish this place off nicely.
