The one bedroom apartment is $750.00 a month with a $200.00 deposit and no application fee. The second apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is 1160 square feet. It features a fireplace in the living room, a pantry in the kitchen, a patio or balcony depending on the location of the apartment, the second floor two bedrooms come with an outside shed. The two bedroom apartment rents for $775.00 a month with a $200.00 deposit and no application fee. We allow pets with a $200.00 deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
