    Newbury is a quiet golf cart community located on Lake Hartwell. You can ride your golf cart to the gas station, pool, tennis courts, or the on property restaurant. It is located about 20 minutes from Westminster, Seneca, and I 85. The view of Lake Hartwell is beautiful. There is a public boat put in less than 5 minutes up the road. Your boat or jet ski can be easily beached in from of your property. Once purchased you own your property and do not pay any monthly fees, only your yearly HOA fees. We use this as a weekend get away, but many people also live in the community. You have year round access to the bathhouse, so you can winterize your camper, but still use your property year round.
