The Assessor calls it a 4 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom house. Other features include: Nine foot ceilings throughout downstairs, 19 x 13 Living Room with hardwood floor, fireplace (converted to gas), 13 x 10 Dining Room with hardwood floor, 12 x 9 Kitchen, 13 x 13 Master bedroom with hardwood floor, two additional bedrooms around central hall, all with hardwood floors, cozy sunroom off Living Room, brand new exterior paint job and roof, owner will repaint interior partially subject to tenant preference, backyard deck, garage (mostly for storage), laundry upstairs (where it s harder to hear the dryer), central heat and air, aAll appliances, location provides excellent proximity to University of Memphis campus and falls within area that has historically received admissions preference for the University s Campus Elementary School! Terms: Rent will be $1700 per month or the best offer we receive with consideration given the following things in order of importance: a. Strong credit, b.
