Washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher all included. Tenant will pay $650 per month for rent which includes cold water, trash, and sewage. Apartment also include front porch, access to basement, and a small back yard. If I did not come across other opportunities, I would be staying in the apartment. The location is a rather quiet area of Allentown, right off of 15th St and Union St, and within walking distance of the up and coming downtown. I've lived here for 7 1/2 years and have just recently had the landlord replace the hot water heater and refrigerator.
