Sold as is by owner. I’ve lived in it for 3 yrs. No central heat or air and it will need a new heater installed as it quit last winter and I just used a space heater. I am currently cleaning and painting but you’re welcome to come look at it. Has some minor repairs shown in photo. The garage is a shared garage and driveway with the neighbor. Could use a new bathroom sink and the pipe behind the washer drips when turned on. Not sure how old the carpet is. The electric was updated after I moved in as it was knob and tube when I purchased it.
