Please complete the application on Zillow if interested in renting this unit. All utilities are paid by the renter and must be put in their name prior to move in and receiving keys. Water and trash are in the landlord's name and will be added to the monthly bill with a copy of the bill given to the tennant. No smoking or pets are allowed. Yard maintenance is the reasonability of the renter and must be cut every two weeks or we will have it cut and charge you 50 dollars each time we do. The unit must be cleaned and left in the same condition as at the start of the lease or the deposit will be forfeited. 12-month min lease. You must carry renters insurance which should cost about 10 dollars per month listing the landlord as a lost payee.
