I'm seeking to rent out my second bedroom, which is completely furnished and also includes a Smart TV (connected to Netflix, Comcast cable, and HBO, access included with the Rent). You will also have your own Bathroom. We will share the spacious loft and kitchen. The main living room and dining room are not accessible. Parking and utilities are included. No Pets allowed as I already have two dogs. We will share In-Unit Washer and Dryer. 1. Utilities are included in the Rent (heat, air conditioning, electric, and water). 2. Bedroom is furnished with bed, table and Smart TV. This tv will give you access to Netflix, HBO, and Comcast cable, which is also included in the Rent. 3. Wifi included. 4. You'll have your own bathroom. 5. We will share the kitchen and the loft. 6. We will share the washer and dryer in the unit. 7. The main living room and dining room are not available for use. 8. I have garage parking and driveway parking. Based on our schedules, we'd have to communicate with each other to determine who is parking in which spot. There is generally always visitors parking in the complex as well. 9. No smoking. 10. No visitors without prior approval. 11. Must be pet friendly. I have two semi-small dogs in the home. DISCLOSURE: I will screen for criminal history. The applicant is allowed to provide evidence of inaccuracies with their criminal record, rehabilitation, or other mitigating factors.
